A structural integrity check is carried out at your first membrane clean and every second clean thereafter — assessing the canopy from the ground up and flagging anything while it's still minor.
A specialist task — not a general clean. Your Serge-Ferrari membrane is soft-washed with a manufacturer-approved detergent, carried out only by Spaceframe or an approved agent using purpose-built equipment and a trained EWP operator.

The 25-year 'Old for New' membrane warranty is one of the strongest in the industry — and it comes with one condition: the canopy has to be maintained. The Maintenance Care Plan is how we keep that condition met for you.
It bundles the annual framework clean, the specialist membrane clean and inspection, and the structural integrity checks into one scheduled programme — a predictable, planned approach to care instead of unexpected repair bills, with a complete service history that keeps your cover intact.

Your 25-year 'Old for New' cover is conditional on the canopy being properly maintained: the membrane must be cleaned and inspected each year using a manufacturer-approved detergent — a non-approved product can void the factory warranty. A lapse in cleaning or inspection puts cover at risk exactly when you need it most. Staying on the Maintenance Care Plan keeps every clean and check documented, and your warranty valid for the full term.
